Mark Jordan - Head Coach - Senior/Pre-Senior

Coach Mark enters his 4th season as the Senior, Pre-Senior, and Head Coach of the Blowfish.  During the 2004-2005 season, under Mark's leadership, BBST achieved its highest result at the Junior National swim meet in Irvine, California.   BBST also had its first ever Senior National Qualifier. 

Before coaching with BBST, Mark spent four years coaching the Pre-Senior and Junior groups with Cabrillo Threshers in Aptos, California where he also coached at Aptos High School (Girls and Boys).  Mark also spent two years as the National Team Coach for Dominica in the West Indies.

Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia and a Master's Degree in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University.

Mark spent two years in the Peace Corps in Dominica, West Indies.

His hobbies include spending time with his dogs and hiking.

Todd Edison - Junior Coach 

Coach Todd has been coaching for over 14 years, working with every level swimmer from beginner to U.S. National Champion.  Todd spent 2004-2005 season as the Senior Coach for Thunderbird Aquatic Club in Anacortes and three years as the Assistant Senior, Sectional, and Novice coach for KING Aquatic Club in Federal Way.

Todd has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and spent six years teaching full-time and as a substitute in Tacoma and abroad.

Todd spends most of his time raising his two children, enjoying photography, and traveling.

Blanche Bybee - Novice Coach

Coach Blanche is beginning her first season with BBST.  

Coach Blanche is the founder and former coach of Friday Harbor Dolphins and Fins of the San Juan Islands on Orcas Island.  She is a certified Total Immersion instructor.  

Blanche graduated from the University of the South with a B.S. in Biology.
